How far in advance can I reserve my Bounce House or any other rental item?
The earlier you can make your reservation the better your chance at getting the date you want. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible, but we will always try to work with you even if you event is a last minute request.

How long is the rental period?
We always rent our units for the day, meaning 6-8 hours depending on your needs and dusk, however, if you are renting a venue for your event we will make arrangements to have your unit picked up in a prompt manor to help you avoid any additional charges the venue might have

Can we keep the rental overnight?
Our rentals are 6hr rentals but for an additional fee you can keep the unit overnight. The fee must be paid in advance and arrangements must be okayed by management in writing (invoice). All overnights will be picked up before 11am the following day.

What is Allin1Fun Party Rentals policy on inclement weather?
If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your reservation and before order is delivered, we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation with no cost or penalty. As a precaution, if it is actively raining, more than a slight sprinkle, the wind is more than 20 m.p.h. , or it is below 40 degrees we will not deliver or set up the unit. If the unit is set up and it begins to rain we will be unable to provide any reimbursement or refund for bad weather. We will contact you the day of your rental if threatening weather is present or approaching.

Refund Policy: During uncertain weather conditions, if Customer agrees to keep the unit for the term of the rental agreement and it begins to rain and storm AFTER unit is DELIVERED, there will be NO refunds, rain checks, or concessions. There will also be No refunds if we have to remove a rental piece or shut down an event early in case of unsafe conditions, including but not limited to Inclement Weather. If a cancelation is made less than 48 hrs from rental time all deposits and payments will be forfieted. Any cancellation more than 48hrs before the party may have anyy payments and'or deposits applied to a future rental or recieve a refund minus the 20% deposit. In the event that cancellation is neccesary please contact the office immediately at (309)428-7783.

What should I expect on the day of my party? How does the process work?
We will deliver and set up the unit approximately 1 hour prior to the start of your rental period. The person that is responsible for the rental must be available at the delivery location. At the time of setup we will review the rental agreement, and go over any questions regarding safety, proper use, and any other topic you wish to discuss. If payment has not already been made, it will be due upon setup of the unit.

Where can I have the bounce houses setup?
A bounce house can be set up in many different places on your property. The surface must be mostly flat and relatively firm. Although we prefer to setup on grass since that is the safest surface, we can set up on concrete, asphalt and smooth gravel as well. We will anchor the unit either by driving stakes into the ground or by using sandbags where stakes cannot be used. We will come prepared for placement on grass and that we are able to place stakes in the ground. If placement will be on concrete, asphalt or gravel we must be notified at least 48 hours in advance. The placement area must be free of overhead power lines and tree limbs.

Stairs and Hills?
The delivery team can not go up and down stairs or hills our hand trucks aren't buit for it. Slight inclines are ok but anything in excess will be charged accordingly.

How safe are your bounce houses?
Our bounce houses are the safest in the industry. Our inflatables are cleaned after every use and well maintained. It will be necessary for an adult to be in direct supervision of inflatables at all times. By following basic safety rules all children will be safe and have a great time. If you need someone to stay with the unit to supervise the play on the inflatable, Allin1Fun Party Rentals can provide an attendant for a minimal cost

Do I need an attendant?
There should ALWAYS be someone supervising any inflatable. The most important duties of an attendant are limiting the number of children in or on the inflatable at one time, making sure that the children are all of similar size and controlling the behavior of all participants. Allin1Fun Party Rentals can provide an attendant for a minimal cost.

How many kids can you have in a bounce house at a time?
Usually up to 8 kids but it depends on their size. The best way to keep the bounce houses safe is to separate the smaller kids from the bigger kids. With waterslides only 1 person at a time may be at the top of the slide and only one person at a time may go down the slide on their behind with no foriegn objects or rafts, using items to ride down any inflatable is dangerous.  We will go over safety guidelines when we deliver the inflatable. If you have questions prior to your rental date please feel free to call us. 

Is a deposit required to reserve my date?
Yes, a small $25 payment is required to hold the available product of your choice. The deposit is applied towards your final bill. In the event that you need to cancel at least 7 days prior to your rental being delivered the deposit will be credited to a future rental or forfeited. If cancelation is anything less than 7 days, deposit is forfeited. If your rental is delivered and you cancel you will forfeit any and all moneys paid. 

Can I use an inflatable at a park?
Absolutely. You will need to reserve the area and get a permit and fill out all necessary paperwork. We will provide the neccesary insurance. Additionally, the City of Davenport now requires the use of generators for inflatables in their parks. We have them available for rent and can add this to your order.

What if the inflatable is damaged during my event?
 Yes and No.  You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units.  Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time.  If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.  If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules (i.e. belt buckle or pen in the pocket pokes a hole) or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars.  We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.  The other option you have with All In1 Fun is to take advantage of our Extra Protection Insurance Plan.  This is optional to you when placing an order and will only charge you 7% of your rental cost to insure everything you might rent.   This covers all damage that is caused accidental and non-intentional (i.e. one of the kids gets in with that belt buckle on).  Please call for more details if needed.

Silly String?
 A rate of at least $1,000 is applied if any silly string is found on the unit if damage cannot be remedied unit replacement will take place at the expense of customer. Silly string causes irreversible damage to any inflatable.

Are there any cleaning fees?
We expect to receive our inflatables back in a fairly clean condition. We realize that children in and out of it all day, can allow grass to enter by means of their socks. We will not charge for cleaning this. However since you will receive a list of general rules at the time of setup, any food, drink stains or not following any other listed rule of this nature will result in a minimum $35.00 clean up fee at the time of pickup. The inflatable will be inspected before it is picked up at your location.

Can water be placed on a bounce house or other inflatable?
No most inflatables are not made for water play. It is not safe to play on them and it does damage to the inflatable. The only exception to this is our water slides. If water is placed on any unit other than our water slide, a fee of at least $100.00 will be charged. This covers the cost of cleaning and drying the unit and may cover the rental fee due to any missed rentals. In the event of rain unplug blower, remove or cover blower from rain and let the inflatable deflate. 

Do you have insurance?
Yes, Allin1Fun Party Rentals is state inspected and fully  insured.

What do we do if the inflatable is up and it begins to rain?
Unplug the blower and move it out of the rain while you let the inflatable deflate. Once rain stops, plug the blower back in and wipe down any wet surfaces to avoid slipping. The vinyl gets very slippery when wet. The kids may resume play if the vinyl is no longer wet and slippery.

What methods of payment do you accept for rental items?

We accept Cash and all major credit cards.

What are the power requirements for inflatables?
Customer is responsible for power. Allin1Fun Party Rentals is NOT liable for problems due to power issues. Typically we need 1 dedicated 20 amp circuit for each blower.  Other items can not be plugged into the same circuit. We furnish one 50 ft. extensions cord per blower unit. Unit needs to be placed within 50 ft. of the power source.  Generators may be rented in advance if a power source is not available. No refunds will be provided if adequate power is not available on day of the event.

Is it really safe for me to use my credit card?

Yes it is. Shopping at is extremely safe. We guarantee you 100% safety when you use your credit card with us. You must be on our secure server software on a completely separate compartment of our system and your computer must accept cookies or you will be unable to order. That way we are able to guarantee your credit card purchase. You will never have to pay for any unauthorized charges made to your card as a result of shopping with us at

What makes it so safe?

  1. Technology is secure and stable: The software we use in the order compartment of our system (SSL) is the standard for this industry. All of the major browsers support it and promote how well it works at their web sites and in their software. The software takes the data that you provide and encrypts it in a special coding system that can only be interpreted by our system in our office. This system is actually safer than giving it out over the telephone or sending a fax.
